RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR THIS YEARS EVENT
Whilst fully enjoying the special access
afforded by the event, participants will of course pay responsible heed
to the well being of the property.

Participation
in the event is entirely at the riders’ risk and they are
expected to have appropriate insurance cover.
|

2)
|
Subject
to your Statutory Rights, the organisers, the land owners, the
benefiting charities and all their associated parties, disclaim
all responsibility for any damage to any person or property
howsoever caused, whether by negligence or otherwise.
|
|
3)
|
Entrants are personally responsible for
ensuring that they and their mounts, together with any accompanied
Juniors, are competent to participate
|
|
4)
|
Riders
MUST wear crash helmets for jumping and body protectors are
strongly recommended
|
|
5)
|
There are no restrictions in passing in an
orderly manner, but instructions from Marshals and Stewards must
be strictly observed
|
|
6)
|
The minimum age for participating horses and
ponies is 4 years
|
|
7)
|
Riders
younger than ten years old MUST be accompanied by an adult
|
|
8)
|
Dogs
must be kept on a lead and under responsible control at all times
|
|
9)
|
Participants will pay heed to the well being of the
Waddesdon Estate
|
|
10)
|
The decisions of The Organising Committee on
any matter shall be final
|
As a condition of entry, each rider is to provide a minimum of £20,
(£15 for Juniors under 16 years of age), and payable at
Registration on the day.
Certificates of Appreciation
will be awarded to the Top Five sponsored riders. For confirmation
of receipt of your entry and notification of Start Times and Rider
Numbers, completed Entry Forms, one per rider, together with the
non-refundable entry fee of £15 and a stamped addressed envelope, are

Rosettes will be awarded on course completion
